Why create yet another service?
It was created just for fun. With Glitch shutting down a convenient option for quickly testing and sharing small HTML projects is gone. While Glitch offered many features like collaborative editing, server apps and custom domains, I only used it as a distraction free online editor to test things and share bug reproductions. Looking around for alternatives, many try to be a fully fledged IDE on the web, require accounts or aren't suited for WebXR. So I set out to build and host my own that does exactly what I need, and nothing more.
Can I freely use Krabbel?
Of course, that's why it's out in the open. Projects can be up to 1 MiB in size and there's no limit on the number of projects. All projects are public, so avoid entering anything sensitive or private. These things are subject to change in the future. If you would like to support the project, you can buy me a coffee.
